It was quite a fun day! We had to divert from our original plan. We spend Thanksgiving every other year with the two families. This year was a Hale year. However on Wednesday Ash was sick with a cold and fever. So we had plans to drop him off with the Toblers. Thursday morning, we all woke up with the start of the colds. Well, we didn't want to be near a 4 day old baby! Turns out to be a good thing, because today (Friday), both Jeff and Maci are worse! We missed out on fun with the Hales, but still had a GREAT time with the Tobler side. (We're lucky we had them to fall back on instead of being stuck home!)

Maci had REFUSED to nap yesterday. Finally at about five she crashed in Laura's arms, only to last half an hour and cause a series of angry melt downs, and amidst her angry sobs, she still managed to wave and say "good-bye!"
***Of Maci's new words this week, she finally started calling me MOMMY! Hooray! She also says, Thank you, ouch, apple, "I'm Okay", and said Bye Rob and Bye Jill yesterday!
