Big boy!

Ashton is such a big boy already. On Wednesday, he weighed in at 13 pounds and 5 ounces! He's been working on holding his own pacifier in for a little while now, and nearly has it mastered. Everyday I look at him, he looks older. He is beginning to look less like a baby to me, and even more like a child. It is so exciting to see, yet it breaks me heart, because I'll never get yesterday back. Some days (or nights) are rough, but it is so much easier when you remember that you'll miss these days. Ashton is 16 weeks old, and is continuing to learn so much. You see it in his eyes, and in his actions. He already has some toys he prefers over others. Our new adventure will be in a week or two, and we'll see if he is ready for solids! That is a milestone!
