Blessings

We heard about a job opening. Jeff hasn't been actively looking for a new job. He has one, and we've been grateful for it. (even though he's pretty much miserable). He got an interview for the job, and in the interview, learned his co worker and brother in law interviewed a couple days before.  Jeff didn't get the job, but Griffin did, which was great because his department is officially dissolved at the end of the year.  Friday he learned he didn't get the job. Today, they called him, and said one of the couple people that was being hired, turned the job down, so they wanted to offer the job to Jeff. Wow!

Talk about blessings! The start pay is the same as he's earning now, but after 90 days, gets a 2$ and hr raise. Health and dental benefits start the first day, AND we pay no premiums! (taxes and premiums at his current job take out about 250$ a check). Wow. This is what we needed. A month ago, I interviewed for a seasonal night time job at Target as a cashier. I got the job. I was going to start over a week ago. And on the day of orientation, I turned it down. We decided it would be too hectic for me, and too hard on the children, and my current (and wonderful job) could definitely use me more!

We've had a few rocky months. So we really need this. We are elated and so grateful. Talk about answers to prayers!
